Us Hear from You
Your AcctgLink Coordinator is the link between you and our client.
Remember, CoreLink is your employer, so all contact should be
made directly with us. Let us hear from you regarding:
Availability
Notify us immediately upon completing an assignment. Otherwise,
we’ll assume you’re unavailable for work which could
affect your unemployment insurance status.
Lifting
DO NOT LIFT ANY BOXES OR OTHER MATERIALS WITHOUT ACCTGLINK’S
PRIOR APPROVAL; we want to ensure you are covered by the appropriate
workers’ compensation classification.
Emergencies
Notify us when you have an emergency or illness; we’ll
pave the way for your return or arrange for a replacement.
Overtime
Notify us if you are asked to work overtime; we want to make
sure you are paid properly.
Full-Time Employment
If the client offers you a job, let us know; we’ll make
the proper arrangements.
Illness
If you are off work for more than three days for any single non-work-related illness or injury, you must provide AcctgLink with a satisfactory statement from a health care provider to return to work.
Injury
Notify us if you are injured or disabled on an assignment; we
want to ensure you are properly cared for.
Name, Address or Phone Number Changes
We want to keep your records updated.
Change of Address Form
Driving
If you are asked to drive on an assignment, notify us; we want
to minimize your personal liability.
Valuables
If you are asked to handle cash, negotiable instruments, or
other valuable property, call AcctgLink; we want to make sure
the proper controls are in place to minimize your liability.
